Pre-Construction Services:
Estimates and Tendering: We can help you with accurate Estimates as per Plans and specifications, and prepare tender documents for the project.
Scope Management Plans: Along with Estimate, I will develop complete Scope Management Plans for all trades and for all sub-Cons.
Construction Phase:
Project Planning & Procurement: We can help you with a detailed project plan, including project scope, timeline, milestones, deliverables, submittals, RfIs, Schedule of Values, and Schedule of Activities. Also, as per Plan, I will procure all the material on-site and submit procured material report.
Project Execution: We will ensure that the project plan is executed according to schedule, scope, and budget. We will monitor the project, and submit weekly progress reports (in coordination with the site manager and project Manager).
Projects Contracts and Payments:We will develop sub-contractors' and vendors' contracts, proposals, invoices, purchase orders, and scope plans. Withal, I will prepare contracts, Change Orders (G701), RFIs (G716), and Payment Applications(G702 & 703, 732) on AIA.
Project Control:We will continuously monitor and control project activities to ensure that they are aligned with the project plan. I will track project performance, manage changes, and adjust the project plan as necessary.
Post-Construction Phase
Project Closure: We will prepare a complete closeout package submitted for the architect's review for the successful completion of the project and having a Certificate of Final Completion

What Kind of Consultancy Services you provide?
We work with contractors in the Bidding and Construction and Post-Construction Phase of the project. We will provide remote documentation support to all of your bidding and currently on-going projects.
Do you visit the site as well if needed?
No, we only work remotely from our office, but certainly will be in coordination with your team for smooth delivering of the project.
